How do I place an order? +
Browse our collections, select your size and quantity, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or Cash on Delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at info@emporiosports.in or WhatsApp us at +91 94284 53748.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
Is it safe to pay online on Emporio Sports? +
Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 7–10 days.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! Shipping is free on all prepaid orders, pan India. A flat ₹99 shipping charge applies only if you choose Cash on Delivery.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order using the Track Order page on our website.
Do you ship outside India? +
Currently we only ship within India. We are working on international shipping and will announce it soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags. Sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How do I initiate a return or exchange? +
Email us at info@emporiosports.in or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund? +
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size? +
Yes! Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I find my size? +
We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing with our size chart available on each product page. When in doubt, size up.
Are the colours accurate in photos? +
We strive for accurate colour representation, however slight variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings.
Do you restock sold-out items? +
