Welcome to Emporio Sports. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality sports jerseys and merchandise. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Before Dispatch:
    You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
    To cancel, please contact us via:

    Include your Order ID in the message.

After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange (see section below).

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
    The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Share your Order ID and a photo or video showing the issue.
After verification, we’ll either arrange a pickup or request you to self-ship the item to our address.

  1. Refunds
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
    If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via store credit/coupon (for COD orders).
Please note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Customised jerseys (with name/number printing)
  • Clearance or discounted products
  • Product without the Tag
  • Socks, innerwear, and accessories
  1. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund yet:
    Check your bank account or UPI again.

Contact your bank or payment provider — processing time may vary.
